MaureenFAZAKERLEYOctober 9th, 2013. Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, aged 70 years. Devoted wife of John, much loved mum of Mark and Paula, loving grandmother of Matthew, Louis, Charlie and Harry. Will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Mass at Our Lady's Church, Formby on Friday, October 18th at 12.00 noon, followed by Cremation at Southport Crematorium. Family flowers only please by request, but donations if desired may be made to Cancer Research or Queenscourt Hospice c/o Coyne Bros., 3 Old Mill Lane, Formby, L37 3PE. Tel: 01704 873899.
